A New Chapter for Ivanhoe: Website & Resident Community Updates

A Better Way to Stay Connected at Ivanhoe

Over the past several months, we’ve been working to improve how Ivanhoe Estates communicates with residents and how easily neighbors can find the information they need.

That work has resulted in two major updates: a significantly expanded Ivanhoe Estates website and an upgraded private Resident Community.

Our goal isn’t simply to put more information online. It’s to create a central place residents can rely on when they have a question, need an HOA document, want to know what’s happening around the neighborhood, or simply want to stay connected.

The Expanded Ivanhoe Estates Website

The public website at ivanhoe-estates.com has grown considerably.

Residents and visitors can now find information about:

  • Community Life

  • News & Events

  • Security and gatehouse information

  • HOA leadership

  • Homes for Sale

  • New Resident information

  • Community Vendors

  • Emergency contacts

  • Utilities and local services

  • HOA contact information

  • Architectural Review resources

We’ll continue improving these areas as new information becomes available.

Our New Private Resident Community

We have also launched an upgraded private online community specifically for Ivanhoe Estates residents.

Once approved, residents can access community conversations, HOA announcements and the Shared Files area containing documents such as governing documents, meeting minutes, ARC forms and other resident resources.

Because the previous resident portal provider made changes that no longer worked well for the way Ivanhoe needed to use the system, residents who previously registered will unfortunately need to create a new account.

We know that means taking a few extra minutes, but the updated system gives us a much better foundation moving forward.

Built for the Community

Technology by itself doesn’t create a stronger neighborhood. Residents do.

The website, newsletter and private community are simply tools intended to make it easier for us to communicate, share information and create more opportunities for neighbors to know one another.

If there’s something you’d like to see added — a community resource, local vendor, newsletter idea, event or neighborhood story — please let us know.

This is your community, and we want these resources to reflect it.
