Familiarize yourself with the governing documents, community rules and other information available in Shared Files.
Before making exterior property changes, review the Architectural Review requirements and current ARC application.
Explore the Community, Recommendations, Events and Lost & Found areas inside the Resident Portal.
Use Ask Ivanhoe to quickly locate information from approved HOA documents and resident resources.
The Ivanhoe Estates Resident Portal is designed to be the central online resource for residents.
Important announcements and community information from the Association.
Governing documents, policies, meeting minutes, forms and other HOA resources.

The Ivanhoe Estates Homeowners Association supports community operations, common areas, neighborhood standards, resident communications and community initiatives.
Certain exterior improvements or changes may require Architectural Review before work begins. Current forms and governing materials are available through the Resident Portal.
Residents receive information regarding community security, gate procedures and resident access through the appropriate Ivanhoe resources and Resident Portal.
