Ivanhoe Estates HOA

Stewarding Our Community

The Ivanhoe Estates Homeowners Association supports the long-term character, operation and quality of our neighborhood while helping residents stay informed and connected.

Our Association

Working for Ivanhoe Estates

Ivanhoe Estates is governed by its own resident-led Homeowners Association. Board members volunteer their time to help oversee community operations, preserve the character of the neighborhood and address matters that affect Ivanhoe Estates.

The Association also works with community partners and service providers while keeping residents informed through the public website and our private Resident Portal.

Understanding Ivanhoe

Two Associations. One Ivanhoe Community.

The broader Ivanhoe community includes two separate homeowners associations: Ivanhoe Estates and The Woods of Ivanhoe. Although the neighborhoods share the Ivanhoe name and are located within the same broader community, they are governed independently.

This Website

Ivanhoe Estates

This website represents the Ivanhoe Estates Homeowners Association and the residents governed by that Association.

  • Separate resident-elected governing body
  • Separate governing documents
  • Separate rules and regulations
  • Separate Architectural Review requirements and procedures
  • Private Ivanhoe Estates Resident Portal

Residents of Ivanhoe Estates should rely on Ivanhoe Estates governing documents, policies and procedures when determining requirements applicable to their property.

Separate Association

The Woods of Ivanhoe

The Woods of Ivanhoe is a separate community with its own homeowners association and governing structure.

  • Separate governing body
  • Separate governing documents
  • Separate rules and regulations
  • Separate homeowner responsibilities
  • Separate association resources

Residents of The Woods of Ivanhoe should consult their own association's documents and resources rather than relying on Ivanhoe Estates requirements.

A Shared Management Company Does Not Mean a Shared HOA

Both Ivanhoe Estates and The Woods of Ivanhoe utilize American Property Management for various management and administrative tasks. However, the use of the same management company does not combine the two associations. Each HOA remains separately governed and each community follows its own governing documents, rules, regulations and Board decisions.
